- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience with GECU altogether since I have had my loan with them. The customer service is horrible. All they do is give you the run around. They lack the skills to provide quality customer service and just constantly try and send you to someone else with the problem. If you are considering getting a loan or any sort of account with them please beware of them. I have had my loan with them for about six months and it has been a living hell. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their customer service is one of the worst. They gave me wrong information to make payments online. So they ended up repossessing my car because they said I wasn't making payments. The only reason was because they gave me the wrong information.
