- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not only do they lose your packages, the supervisors mistreat you and act like you are bothering them due to the fact that THEY can't seem to perform their duties. They admitted that they had lost one of my packages, and it took someone almost a month to call me back about it. They don't answer their phones and when you go in person, you are mistreated by the supervisor at this location. Get it together! You are the ones POORLY performing your jobs, why are you bothered that we are complaining??? Maybe you need some type of employee training, but do NOT treat us like we are the ones that are losing our own packages! Or go work somewhere else where you don't have to deal with customers. It is not our faults that you chose this job. The least you can do is get better at it or move on so someone else can actually perform the job correctly.By Cristina Delgado, February 24, 2017
