- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly these employees need to get customer service training and sit down and coordinate with what information they gave out. I went prior to getting my permit and got everything they told me to get, went back again today and I was told several different things. I had my dad with me and the guy tells my dad to go sit down, I look over to the other stations and there is other people with parents there. He tried giving me the run around but I had everything with me. All of the employees are very unprofessional and like I said before they all need customer care training. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Clean up shop. Fire them all, well all the bad employees. Especially the ones who make you go back and forth with what paperwork is truly needed and all the times you have to come back. And all the employees who just fail people for their personal pleasure. And the ones who dont fairly score you and dont even put a score.
