- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incompetent personnel. It's harder to make a deposit than a withdrawal. The assistant manager told me that the reason they asked me for two types of I'd was because they need to know where the money is coming from. I tried to make a $200 deposit but I couldn't do it by swiping my debit card like I do when I make a withdrawal. The assistant manager gave me that ridiculous excuse. She was either on drugs or completely ignorant about their process. How can they back track my $200 deposit by asking two types of id? - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Unless you're a mom and pop store, what kind of nationally known business/banking institution closes at 4 pm??? Most people aren't out of work by then??? Even FirstLight, a local banking institution stays open later for their customers. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very Poor! This is closes at 4:00 pm and than they turn around and give people a hard time. I sent a friend to pay my account and they refused to take my patment because only the last four of my account number was on it. WTH! They refused to look it up!! Than there was only one manager working and couldn't go to the window. Really Really its ALWAYS something with this bank.
