- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ive been going to this pawn shop for 20 years, never in my life had such a horrible experience. The owner/ manager is the friendliest nicest person he even recognized me and acknowledges my 20 years of business, going both ways. The bigger guy there gave my son a hard time when he went to make a payment and pull out our stuff. Then today the guy said he has no record of me there but one recent time. I had just pawned one of our items not to long ago and according to this other big guy that was so years ago not any more less than half of what ive gotten b4, I looked up the item myself and his price was incorrect. Went elsewere and they approved the correct amount. After 20 years of business they lost mine as well as me telling all my customers in the neighborhood. That man needs to find a job he likes and quit picking and choosing customers. I have 20 years customer service experience, this guy has none.By Suz Ana, June 24, 2017
