- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not deal with these people. WORST experience that I ever had with anything ever. If you want your policy cancelled eveyr other month and not be notified then go ahead. My policy was cancelled over and over and I paid 222.85 dollars and I was told it wasn't going to get cancelled but it did. after three weeks of fighting with them and not being updated at all in the three weeks I decided to leave state farm and go with somewhere else who was more professional. I asked for a refund and they couldn't even find my receipt. UGH so frustrating man, for paying that amount a month and not getting good service, rude people, and no communication. come on now... Was attended to right away and they made sure that everything was taken care of before I left☺️ I was also sold into purchasing a life policy! Arleen is very convincing and is great at providing excellent service for her clients! I wouldn't ever think about moving offices!
