- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. I have had noting but one issue after another with them and will be closing all of my accounts with them. I had a charge on my debit cart that o disputed. They found in my favor. Then, two weeks later, after sending me the letter saying that the charge was in fact fraudulent, they take the money back out of my account and send it back to the people who made the fraudulent charge. WTH? If you are looking to open an account go and look to any other bank, skip Wells Fargo. They have zero commitment to their customers and their word.By Steven Cottingham, May 14, 2017
