- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the most rude agency I have ever worked with. They over charged us for everything. Both our agent Marlene and the supervisor Cynthia were very rude and nonresponsive. They refused to answer the phone when repairs were needed and when we moved out they refused to communicate with us. When ever we spoke with them on the phone, they continued to display poor customer service and would not allow us to finish our sentences while on the phone. Cynthia told me to do what ever I had to do because its on the owner of the home and not her. BEWARE and if you are Military stay away!By Marcelus Chambers, September 13, 2017

He knows the area of El Paso well and what people are looking for - that is a big plus. He had a pictures of the house taken to show its full beauty and fit for the right family.
